In this way each publicly available point will be more efficient and of high-quality. Access to education and training, with emphasis on informal learning, will be easier with the extension and popularization of existing information-counselling activities across the common portal and media promotion. Such education will be promoted especially among those, who haven&#8217;t approached it yet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Partners and locations of lifelong learning points (LLL points)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dru\u0161tvo Pristan &#8211; Univerza za tretje \u017eivljenjsko obdobje Koper (Society Pristan \u2013 University for the third life period Koper)<\/li>\n<li>Kosovelova knji\u017enica Se\u017eana (Kosovel Library Se\u017eana)<\/li>\n<li>Ljudska univerza Koper (People&#8217;s University Koper)<\/li>\n<li>Ljudska univerza Se\u017eana (People&#8217;s University Se\u017eana)<\/li>\n<li>Mestna knji\u017enica Izola (Town Library Izola)<\/li>\n<li>Mestna knji\u017enica Piran (Town Library Piran)<\/li>\n<li>Osnovna \u0161ola Antona Ukmarja (Anton Ukmar Primary School)<\/li>\n<li>Osrednja knji\u017enica Sre\u010dka Vilharja (Sre\u010dko Vilhar Central Library)<\/li>\n<li>Regionalni razvojni center Koper (Regional Development Centre Koper)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What will the points of lifelong learning bring?<\/strong><br \/>Current activities of each publicly available point will be updated or new ones will be created, by the end of January 2006:<br \/>Ljudska univerza Se\u017eana and Mestna knji\u017enica Piran will open a Corner for independent learning.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Osnovna \u0161ola Antona Ukmarja, Kosovelova knji\u017enica Se\u017eana, and Osrednja knji\u017enica Sre\u010dka Vilharja will update their e-points and e-school activities with the possibility of independent learning by multimedia programmes. Here you will be able to learn foreign languages or find your career path with a popular computer programme. Any additional or new subjects, which will be provided by the lifelong learning points, are free of charge.<\/li>\n<li>In the Mestna knji\u017enica Izola the Centre for independent learning will open its doors also in the afternoon, twice a week.
