16 September 2025 marks the first day of the EUROPEAN MOBILITY WEEK
The Regional Mobility Centre took part in the event organized by the Municipality of Ankaran at its intergenerational centre according to the following programme:

8:30–9:30 – Exercise for seniors

9:00–11:30 – Borzen Info Point – GOLEA Agency advisors presented the current subsidies in the field of mobility (subsidised purchase of e-bikes, electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, etc.).

9:00–11:30 – Easy Access to the Red IJPP Card – The representative of the Regional Mobility Centre Istria Brkini Karst presented the option of obtaining (free of charge) the Red Integrated Card, which allows pensioners and people over 65 to travel by public rail and bus transport throughout Slovenia. Interested persons may apply until Friday, 25 September 2025. The RCM IBK will forward the data to DUJPP, which will then deliver the cards to the pensioners.
